1. Overview

At Web X Fly Mart, we are committed to providing a secure and satisfying shopping experience for every customer. This Return & Refund Policy covers all purchases made on our platform, including both physical and digital products.

2. Eligibility for Return (Physical Products)

Customers can request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags.

Returns will not be accepted for:

Items marked as “Non-Returnable”

Perishable or hygiene-related products

Customized or personalized goods

Gift cards, coupons, or digital codes

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery along with photos or videos for verification.
After verification, you will be offered either:

A replacement of the same product (if available), or

A full refund to your original payment method or Web X Fly Wallet.

4. Digital Products

All digital downloads (templates, software, images, videos, PDFs, etc.) are non-returnable and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

If you face a technical issue such as a broken download link or corrupted file, please contact us within 48 hours for assistance or a corrected file.

5. Return Process

1. Go to “My Orders” and select “Return Request” or email us at support@webxfly.com with your order ID and reason.


2. Our team will review your request and provide pickup or drop instructions.


3. Once we receive and verify the returned item, your refund or replacement will be processed.

6. Refund Timeline

Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the amount to reflect.

7. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a damaged or wrong product shipped by Web X Fly Mart, we will cover the full return shipping cost.

For voluntary returns (change of mind or incorrect size selection), shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Exceptions

Items purchased during Flash Sales or Special Discounts may not be eligible for return or replacement.

Refunds are not applicable for digital or service-based items once delivered.
